Role Overview
The Radiologist will be responsible for performing and interpreting a variety of imaging procedures, with a strong focus on obstetric and gynecological imaging as well as general diagnostic scans. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, depending on candidate availability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and interpret obstetric, gynecological, abdominal, pelvic, small parts, and Doppler ultrasound scans.
Provide timely and accurate reports to assist in clinical diagnosis and management.
Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other clinical departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain high standards of imaging quality and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Adhere to hospital policies, medical ethics, and radiation safety guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in imaging technology.
Qualifications
MBBS + MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution.
Valid Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) registration.
Strong expertise in ultrasound (especially OB/GYN) imaging.
Excellent diagnostic accuracy and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in 2D/3D/4D obstetric ultrasound and fetal anomaly scans.
Experience with Doppler studies, follicular monitoring, and infertility-related imaging.
