The role includes troubleshooting, ensuring smooth IT operations, and coordinating with software vendors, hardware support agencies, and network/Internet service providers. The candidate should be capable of multitasking, managing multiple IT requirements, and resolving issues efficiently. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be preferred.
